Return Timeframes

Standard Items

30 days from delivery date

Most clothing, accessories, and non-technical gear

Technical Equipment

60 days from delivery date

Hiking boots, backpacks, tents, sleeping bags, technical outerwear

Extended Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st of the following year.

Return Conditions

Items tried on indoors without signs of wear

Technical gear tested briefly in controlled indoor conditions

Items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Defective items regardless of use (covered by warranty)

Items with obvious outdoor use, dirt, or damage

Personal care items and undergarments for hygiene reasons

Customized or personalized items

Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear

Final sale or clearance items (marked as such)

How to Return Items

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account at explorenationalparks.store and select "Return Items" from your order history, or contact our customer service team at returns@explorenationalparks.store with your order number.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours. This RMA is required for processing your return.

Package Your Items

Securely package your items in the original box if available, or any suitable packaging. Include the RMA number and packing slip. Attach the prepaid shipping label.

Ship Your Return

Drop off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup. You'll receive tracking information to monitor your return shipment.

Processing & Refund

We'll inspect your return within 2-3 business days of receipt and process your refund or exchange. You'll receive email confirmation once complete.

Exchanges

Size & Color Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same item in different specifications, subject to availability.

  • Free exchange shipping both ways
  • Same return timeframes apply
  • Original item must be in new condition

Different Item Exchange

Want to exchange for a completely different product? We'll process it as a return and new purchase.

  • Price difference will be charged or refunded
  • New item ships once return is received
